Box Office Associate (Part-Time)

Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time position located in Ephrata, PA. As a Box Office Associate at EPAC, you will manage ticket sales and provide exceptional customer service to patrons. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling ticket purchases, assisting customers with inquiries, accurately processing payments, and providing friendly, helpful customer service to patrons in person and by phone. Additionally, you will communicate clearly with front of house staff, ushers, stage managers, etc, and balance cash drawers and complete end of shift reports.

Select weekdays, weeknights, and weekends

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn ticketing systems
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Prior customer service or box office experience is a plus
